Sheila oversees the strategic direction of the company and quality of our creative work. She brings years of experience and proven success to her position as the leader of our award-winning team of savvy advertising, design, and marketing professionals.
Under her guidance, Decca Design has transformed itself into one of San Jose’s most well-respected creative agencies. The agency has a staff of more than 20 full-time employees and an extensive network of established partners and vendors. Today, Decca Design serves a broad variety of business-to-business clients from Fortune 500 companies to promising startups, and several non-profit organizations as well.

Regina learned the marketing communications business from the ground up. Today, she’s Decca Design’s executive ringleader. She oversees our daily operations, supervises the account management and creative services teams, manages our in-house technology, and develops our workflow processes and agency policies.
Regina participates in the qualification and approval process for applicants for Decca’s philanthropic endeavors. In addition, she plays an active role in several community associations, including the Silicon Valley Women and Girls Summit, the YWCA Luncheon Speaker Series, and San Jose’s South of First Street (SoFA) Committee.
Regina has a BA in advertising from San Jose State University.
May is actively involved with managing account services for a wide range of clients, with a focus on technology. As part of a team that helps Cisco accomplish its marketing goals, May has been instrumental in the successful execution of online marketing campaigns. She is experienced in managing print, outdoor, online, and broadcast advertising—most notably for Palm. In addition, May has a solid background in managing the development of trade show materials such as booth graphics, signage, and flash demos for both live and virtual events.
May’s extensive program management experience with corporate advertising, marketing, and packaging; and account management expertise in marketing communications and advertising agencies helps lead Decca’s success.
Her range of account service includes the coordination of promotions, sales training, launch kits, collateral, trade shows, web content, and online demos. May has also conducted competitive and brand awareness research and focus groups.
May is a graduate of San Jose State University.
With over 6 years of digital marketing experience, Adrian brings a wealth of knowledge in the programmatic and digital ad space. He has worked across a wide range of industries including CPG, technology, retail, and professional sports.
Prior to joining Decca, Adrian oversaw digital campaigns from start to finish, monitoring and analyzing performance against key objectives to ensure client satisfaction. He developed post-campaign reporting metrics to share the incremental value provided through programmatic media delivery.
Adrian holds a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University San Marcos.
Deanna brings many years of client service and project management to Decca. She spent the beginning years of her career working for companies such as Hewlett Packard and 3Com. She eventually moved into the agency side working as an Account Manager at DeCarolis Design and Marketing. She brings over 20 years’ experience working on integrated marketing campaigns, brand identity, event marketing, and channel marketing. Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, creative environment serving as a liaison between the client and creative team, she has a proven track record of on-time project completion and superior customer service. Deanna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from San Jose State University.
Bringing over 14 years of experience in the field, Eoi’s exceptional knowledge and expertise in bookkeeping make her an invaluable asset to the company. Throughout her career, Eoi has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth. She has continuously sought opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills in the field of accounting.
Eoi holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, where she developed a solid foundation in financial principles and practices. With her educational background and specialized training, Eoi possesses a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial recordkeeping, and compliance regulations and enables her to efficiently manage the company’s financial transactions and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Eoi is known for her dedication to personal growth and her passion for continuous learning. Outside of work, Eoi enjoys spending time exploring outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling.
Azi brings an international pedigree and an award-winning design portfolio to the Decca Design team. She was born in Alabama and raised in Iran, where she earned her degree in Fine Arts from Shiraz University. Her educational credentials didn’t stop there. Azi picked up another bachelor’s degree from the Academy of Art University, and a master’s in product design at San Francisco State.
Her ten years as a professional designer helping organizations succeed have included two exhibitions in fine art and poster design, as well as awards from the Academy of Art.
Jason brings over 21 years of Silicon Valley agency experience to Decca. After studying motion pictures and television at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, he worked as an interactive designer on all things digital, from HTML email campaigns to interactive experiences.
His print design projects include product naming and packaging, logo and event materials and direct mail pieces for clients such as Logitech, Trimble Dimensions and VeriSign.
As an Associate Creative Director, Jason has worked on integrated lead generation campaigns, content creation and corporate materials for NetApp, Centrify, Lenovo, IBM, Thales, Citrix and Adobe.
Decca is excited to have Jason on the team, not only for his expertise in both the print and digital worlds, but for his passion for design and focus on detail and deliverability.
Decca is pleased to have Ruoting leading our presentation team. With her passion for visual storytelling, she raises presentation design up to a whole other level. A gifted illustrator, Ruoting brings a unique set of talents to Decca. She is extremely adept at translating complex information into simple and beautiful designs. While approaching projects with attention to the big picture, she always has a keen eye on the details.
Under Ruoting’s leadership, the Decca presentation team produces over 150 presentations a year including internal communications, product launches, templates, and brand updates, working with industry leaders such as Cisco, NetApp, Workday, and McAfee. She creates inspiring presentations for esteemed Keynote speakers at events such as Cisco Live, NetApp Insight, Workday Rising and RSA. Ruoting was awarded an ADDY for the Incident Response demo, a looping, animated presentation designed for Cisco GSX.
Before joining Decca, Ruoting has worked at multiple startups as a graphic designer and prolific book illustrator. She holds a BA in Visual Communication Design from Dalian University of Foreign Languages, China.
John brings highly diversified graphic and web design experience to Decca Design. He has worked with a wide range of startups, large corporations and non-profits. A diversity and depth of experience has contributed to his expertise in print and web design as well as product photography.
Before joining Decca, John worked on major gallery installations and web development for the Computer History Museum’s First 2000 Years of Computing, produced large-scale outdoor advertising for The Tech Museum of Innovation’s installation of MythBusters: the Explosive Exhibition, and oversaw the redesign of the national magazine for the U.S. branch of the International Plastic Modelers Society.
John has a BA in art from San Jose State University.
The Project Prioritizer, Kerrie schedules the workflow and coordinates the efforts of the art department. She supports the work of the account managers and creative team, coordinating with printers, photographers, consultants and other contractors.
A graduate of the Mission College Graphic Arts Program, Kerrie has a solid graphics background, from technology to medical, to the mysteries of the Egyptian Museum in San Jose. She has created ads for magazines and trade publications, catalogs, trade show graphics, brochures, and other print collateral.
